1. The conversation. We visit your yard, talk through size, depth, and options, and draw it up. Our most popular build is the 20 by 40 rectangle.

2. The paperwork, handled. We file the town permits, provide the stamped engineering drawings, and build to New York's pool safety codes, including the required alarm.

3. The build. Excavation, steel walls, plumbing, sand bottom, liner, and start-up, each step scheduled and shown in your tracker.

4. First swim. We start the system, check the water and show you how to use the new pool.

✓ Shape and depth. Rectangles, lazy L's, and full depth diving pools with board.

✓ Heat. Gas heaters or heat pumps, sized to your pool.

✓ Salt. A salt chlorine system with a season of salt included.

✓ The details. LED color lighting, steps and sun ledges, safety covers, and your liner pattern.
