Swim Tech is a swimming pool service company. This policy explains what we collect from our customers, how we use it, and when we share it. We run our office on Splash Office, software that keeps our customer records, schedules, service tickets, invoices and messages in one place.
Your name, service address, phone number and email, the details of your pool and its equipment, the visits we make and what we did, the chemistry we read and added, photos from a visit, invoices and payments, and the messages you send us. Card and bank numbers go to our payment processor and never touch our records.
To schedule and perform pool service, to tell you when the crew is on the way and what was done, to send invoices and receipts, and to answer your questions.
With the people who run our office and the crews who service your pool, each seeing what their job requires; with the services that run our software (hosting, payments, email and text delivery, maps), each receiving only what it needs; and when the law requires it. We do not sell your information.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you agree to service texts, we send arrival notices, service tickets, appointment confirmations and replies to your questions from our company number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help.
